Spraying insulation

Ultra-thin heat-insulating coatings are a series of universal energy-saving protective materials based on ceramic microspheres and various types of binders. Coatings are used as an alternative to traditional methods of thermal insulation for the metal outer shell of equipment.

Specifications:

Thermal insulation coatings are supplied ready to use. It is recommended to use a texture gun with a nozzle diameter of 4 mm for their application in production conditions. For ease of application and uniformity of coating, they can be thinned with various types of liquid materials shown in the table.
